Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at support@artjiffy.com within 14 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

More than 14 days have passed since you received the product.

The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Customized digital oil painting kits.

Gift cards.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives with damages, defects, or missing items, please notify our customer support team at support@artjiffy.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Include your order number, full name, and clear pictures of the issue for prompt assistance.

Delivery Process and Returns

Domestic Shipping: Orders from our USA warehouse typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days (up to 7 days for remote locations).

International Shipping: Orders from our workshop generally take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

If your order is delayed and there has been no tracking update or if customs or logistics issues arise, contact us for support. Please note that we do not offer refunds for packages in transit for less than 45 days if the shipping company confirms they are still en route.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

Order number (found in your order confirmation email)

The email address used to place the order

Your full name and shipping address

Date of purchase

Please do not return the item directly to us before contacting us, as we will provide you with the most suitable return address based on your location.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different model or have other concerns, please email us at support@artjiffy.com.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
